CDS Monarch hosted its annual Health & Wellness Fair Tuesday, Dec. 2 at the Wolf Life Transitions Center in Webster. Vendors from across the Rochester area set up tables and promoted their goods and services to both CDS Monarch staff as well as members of the public. WPV offered flu shots, and Project Lean Nation explained their healthy meal plan and offered samples. In the Town Square, where CDS Monarch's Blended Creative Opportunities (BCO) is located within the Wolf Center, It Works had samples of their healthy snacks and weight-loss wraps, LA Fitness had a prize wheel where people could win free monthly memberships, among other prizes, and a massage therapist offered 10 minutes massages.
The event ran from 1:00 to 4:30, providing an afternoon of healthy initiatives so people can live better lives. Our thanks go out to everyone who attended, as well as the vendors who took the time to come talk about their services.
Thanks go out to: ABVI-Goodwill, Bayview YMCA, Breast Cancer Coalition, Burke Group, Citizens Bank, Costco, EAP, Gineen Magiera, It Works!, Jazzercise Webster, Colleen Tiffany, Monroe Community College, Michelle Schojan, MVP, Organo-Gold, Project Lean Nation, Relph Benefit Advisors, Robert Druma, Rochester Athletic Club, WPV, and Young Living.
